Shipping & Pickup

Where We Serve

The Bear Pantry is based in Fort Worth, TX, and currently serves the Dallas–Fort Worth area only — local pickup and local delivery, no shipping (yet). If you're outside DFW, join our email list so you'll know if that ever changes.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is our main way of getting jars into your hands, and it's the option we recommend. Once you reserve an order at checkout, we'll follow up by phone or email to confirm a pickup time and location.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available within the DFW area. Choose "Local Delivery" at checkout, add your address, and we'll confirm it's within range when we follow up.

Shipping

We don't currently offer shipping outside of local pickup and delivery. As The Bear Pantry grows, we may add shipping for shelf-stable items — check back, or join our email list to hear about it first.

Order Timing

Because everything is made in small batches by hand, turnaround time can vary. We'll always confirm a realistic pickup window with you before your order is considered final.
